1. Who we are. wizyfleet.com is run by Wizy Solutions LLC, a private company. We are not affiliated with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of Transportation or any state agency.
2. Information only. Content on this site is general information, not legal advice. We are not a law firm.
3. No guaranteed results. The agency that reported an inspection decides every DataQs request. Past results do not predict future ones.
4. Paid services. Reviews, filings and monitoring are governed by the signed DataQs Services Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
5. Your submissions. You confirm that information and documents you send are accurate and that you may share them. We handle them as our privacy policy describes.
6. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or copy it in bulk.
7. Limits. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Wizy Solutions LLC is organized.
