Who we are
Wizy Solutions LLC ("we") runs wizyfleet.com and offers inspection record reviews and DataQs filing help to motor carriers. Contact: info@wizyfleet.com, 1235 Pennsylvania Ave SE, Unit #1390, Washington, DC 20003, (202) 798-4682.
What we collect
- Public business data: carrier names, USDOT numbers, business contact details and inspection records published by FMCSA. We use it to contact carriers whose records may contain errors.
- What you give us: your name, email, phone, USDOT number, and documents you send for a review or a challenge.
- Website basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To prepare reviews, file and follow up on DataQs requests you approve, bill for our services, answer your questions, and send business emails about our services.
Who we share it with
The FMCSA and state agencies reviewing your requests; service providers who help us run the business (email, e-signature, payments, file storage), only as needed; and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
Email choices
Every marketing email has an opt-out. Reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link and we stop within 10 business days, usually the same day.
How long we keep it
Documents for a challenge: up to 12 months after the work ends. Billing records: as long as tax law requires. Opt-out lists: indefinitely, so we never contact you again.
Security
Access is limited to staff who need it, accounts use two-factor sign-in, and documents are stored with an encrypted service.
Your rights
Ask us at info@wizyfleet.com to see, correct or delete your information. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) have the rights those laws give; we will honor them.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date.
